1. Find a medical marijuana doctor in your local area, the clinic will be able to determine whether you qualify for medical mariuana, to treat your condition.
2. You need to apply for a medical marijuana card which allows you to purchase marijuana from licensed dispensaries within the state you live in.
3. When you have your medical cannabis card, you will then be able to purchase legal marijuana from a local medical marijuana dispensary.
